Returns/Cancellation
For neon signs you purchased from our store, we can accept returns within 90 days of receipt if the product has not been used and the packaging is intact. If the return is due to personal reasons/customer remorse (i.e. I don't like the product anymore, I don't need it anymore, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost of the return. Please contact us at info@neonsignsale.com and we will send you return instructions (including return address) once the return is accepted.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you can contact us via email at info@neonsignsale.com within 7 days of receipt of the goods and give us photographs to prove that the product was damaged by us or by the courier and not by human damage. We cannot be held responsible for human damage and we reserve the right to refuse to accept responsibility for human damage. We will not charge any fees for returning defective products, and we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge. We will not charge any restocking fee.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products, so if your product breaks or stops working in any way during the warranty period, just let us know and we'll repair or replace it for free!

Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact info@neonsignsale.com and request order modifications or a cancellation.
After 24 hours, we will charge a 30% handling fee if you require to cancel the order/item. Therefore, we will refund you a 70% refund of the order.
