What are neon lights, and how do they work?
Neon lights are a type of lighting that uses electrified, glowing glass tubes to create vibrant, eye-catching signs or decorative pieces. These tubes contain noble gases like neon, which emit light when an electrical current passes through them. Different gases and phosphor coatings create a wide range of colors.
Can I customize a neon light with my own design or text?
Absolutely! We offer customization options, allowing you to create a unique neon light with your text, design, logo, or handwriting. Just head to our customization page, and you can upload your preferences.
What's the lifespan of your neon lights?
Our neon lights are built to last, with an average lifespan of 50,000 hours. That's over five years of continuous operation! Rest assured, your neon light will stay vibrant for a long time.
How do I install or hang my neon light?
We make installation easy. Most neon lights have pre-drilled holes on the back, allowing you to hang them with screws or cords. Alternatively, you can use no-drill transparent wall hooks for wall mounting. We provide all the necessary hardware for your convenience.
Can I adjust the brightness of my neon light?
Yes, all our dimmable neon lights come with a remote control, giving you the flexibility to adjust the brightness according to your preference.
Why is the product lifespan of our neon signs twice as long as other products?
It's because our neon signs are all equipped with waterproof function, with a layer of transparent waterproof film to protect the circuit inside the neon tube from being affected by wet weather and short circuits.
Can I change the color after placing an order?

What is the difference between LED neon and traditional glass neon?
LED neon has the same visual effect as traditional glass neon. While glass neon has a nostalgic look, the glass material is fragile and has a shorter lifespan, LED neon uses highly transparent silicone tubing to emit the same neon light, but with a longer lifespan. Unlike high voltage glass neon lights, LED neon lights use a safe low voltage of 12V, making them safe for children and pets.LED neon lights are sleek and stylish, with the tubes mounted on a clear back plate that hides small, transparent connecting wires. Compared to glass neon, LED neon has a clean, simple look and a minimalist aesthetic.
I received the neon broken/backsplash in a cream colour
In order to ensure that the neon is not damaged during shipping, we put a protective cream film on the neon, so when you receive the neon, you may occasionally see visible scratches on the neon. No need to worry! Remove the milky white protective film and you will see that the neon itself is intact, the neon itself should have a completely clear or other specific colour backing, we do not supply any milky white backing, the milky white comes from the protective film. This is to ensure that the neon you receive is perfect and to prevent minor scratches from causing you to receive an imperfect neon. If you receive a neon that may be damaged you should remove the white protective film and take a photo of it and send it back to us!
Neon Sign Flickering or Not Fully Lit
Each of our neon signs is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If you notice part of the sign flickering or not fully lighting up after installation, it’s often due to a minor short circuit that can sometimes happen during shipping or setup. To fix this, try removing the adhesive backing and gently separating the solder joints, then test the sign again. If the issue persists, we offer free after-sales support across the U.S. or can send you a replacement at no additional cost.
